An Indonesian citizen, born in Jakarta on 5 February 1967 (44 years old). He was appointed as Director of Finance of the Company on 31 May 2007, and became President Director on 13 June 2008. He graduated with degrees in finance and economics from the University of Houston, Texas, and in economics from the University of Texas, Austin, USA. Immediately prior to joining the Company, he was Director of Investment Banking at PT JP Morgan Securities Indonesia from 2004 to 2007. He began his career at Bank Niaga (1990¬1991) and then at Citibank NA, Indonesia (1991-1996). In 1996 he was appointed as Vice President of PT Perdana Multi Finance, then as Director of Development of PT Perdana Inti Investama (1996-1998). From 1998 to 2001 he was an Associate Director at PT Bahana Securities, before becoming a Director of PT Anugra Cipta Investa from 2001 to 2004.

Michael Baskoro Palwo Nugroho

Director of Commerce

An Indonesian citizen, born in Tokyo on 9 July 1960 (51 years old). He was appointed as Director of Development on 31 May 2007 and then as Director of Commerce on 20 June 2008. He graduated from the University of Indonesia with a degree in Gas and Petrochemical Engineering in 1985 and earned a Master's in Management from the University of Indonesia in 1990. He began his career at the Company as Assistant I at the Information Center in 1985, and served as Acting Head of the Information Systems Development Division in 1990, Project Manager for the Trans South Sumatra-West Java Project in 1996, Head of the Palembang Regional Office (1997), head of the Transmission Division, Directorate of Business (1998), General Manager of UTST Jambi (2000) and as Director of Engineering at PT Transportation Gas Indonesia from 2002 to 2007. This recipient of the Satya Lencana Wirakarya award completed the Lemhanas Short Course (XIV) in 2006 and has participated in various training and informal courses on information systems, the gas business, management and leadership

Mochtar Riza Pahlevi Tabrani

Director of Finance

An Indonesian citizen, born in Jakarta on 25 July 1968 (42 years old). He was appointed as Director of Finance on 20 June 2008. Prior to this he had served as Acting Head of the Corporate Finance Division and Coordinator of Investor Relations since February 2008, and as an Expert Advisor on Corporate Finance and Investor Relations to the President Director since May 2007. He graduated with a degree in Geological Engineering from Trisakti University, Jakarta in 1994 and earned his MBA Finance from Cleveland State University, USA, in 1997. From 1997 to 1999 he served on the Senior Staff of PT Bhakti Investama Tbk, then from 1999 to 2001 as Senior Manager at PT Bahana Securities, from 2001 to April 2007 as Vice President of PT Anugra Capital, and from 2006 until April 2007 as Vice President of PT Alpha Energy.

M. Wahid Sutopo

Director of Investment Planning and Risk Management

An Indonesian citizen, born in Jakarta on 17 June 1969 (42 years old). He graduated from ITB in 1993 with a degree in Electrical Engineering and earned a Master's in Management (Executive Program) in International Business from the Indonesian Institute of Management Development (IPMI Business School) in Jakarta in 2002.

He was appointed as Director of Investment Planning and Risk Management on 6 April 2011. He has been the Corporate Secretary since January 2009 and Head of the Investor Relations Division since November 2008. From 2006 until October 2008, he was Senior Vice President & Group Head of Revenue Assurance at PT Indosat Tbk. Between 2001 and 2006 he served as Vice President & Division Head of Investor Relations at PT Indosat Tbk.

 

Eko Soesamto Tjiptadi

Director of Human Resources and General Affairs

An Indonesian citizen, born in Solo on 22 March 1959 (52 years old). He was appointed as Director of General Affairs and Human Resources Development on 6 April 2011. He graduated from the University of Indonesia with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1986. He previously was the Deputy of Prevention at the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). He began his career as Senior Partner Consultant in Education, Research and Analysis in PT Bank Agro from 2001 to 2002 and Expert Staff of Director of Compliance in Management and HR Management from 2002 to 2004. He was the Director of Education and Public Service of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) from 2004 to 2008.

Jobi Triananda Hasjim

Director of Technology and Development

An Indonesian citizen, born in Bandung on 6 April 1964 (47 years old). He was appointed as Director of Technology and Development on 6 April 2011. He graduated from the University of Trisakti Jakarta with a degreee in Mechanical Engineering in 1988 and earned his MSc Mechanics of Material from the University of Strathclyde Glasgow in 1995. He began his career at the Company as General Manager of SBU Region I from 2008 to 2010, Head of SBU Region I in 2010 and as the Company's Project Cordinator of Natural Gas pipeline Network in 2010.

Tengku Nathan Machmud

President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner

An Indonesian citizen, born in Haarlem, Noord Brabant, the Netherlands on 1 March 1935 (76 years old). He has been President Commissioner as well as an Independent Commissioner of the Company since 31 May 2007. He obtained his PhD in Law from the University of Leiden, the Netherlands in 2000, a Master's Degree in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge, USA, in 1979 and graduated with a degree in Law from the University of Indonesia in 1958. He worked for PT Shell Indonesia from 1958- 1966 with his last position as Secretary to the Board of Directors. He then worked for Arco from 1969 until 1995, by which time he was President and General Manager as well as CEO of Arco Indonesia. He served as a Director and Commissioner at PT Tripolyta in 1995-1998 and as a nonexecutive director for Osprey Maritime Limited in 1998-2000. Since his retirement in 1995, he has used his time to teach at business schools in Jakarta, and has also been a partner in the legal consultants' firm Hakim and Partners in Jakarta since March 2006. He was awarded the Satya Lencana Pembangunan medal for service to the state for initiating community development on Pagerungan Island in the Kangean Islands.

Kiagus Ahmad Badaruddin

An Indonesian citizen, born in Palembang on 29 March 1957 (54 years old). He was appointed as a Commissioner of the Company on 31 May 2007. He was the Chairman of the Nomination Committee from 5 July 2007 up to 19 June 2008 and has been chaired the Remuneration and Nomination Committee since June 2008. He holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Illinois, USA (1991), and graduated from Sriwijaya State University, Palembang, with a degree in Economics in 1986. He has been the career official at the Department of Finance since 1977, serving various head positions, among others: The Head of Planning and Finance Bureau at the Anti Corruption Commission in 2004, Director of Treasury System from 2006 to June 2008, Director of Budget Implementation from June 2008 up to June 2009 and Secretary of Directorate General of Treasury since June 2009.

Megananda Daryono

An Indonesian citizen, born in Bukit Tinggi on 20 January 1952 (59 years old). He was appointed as a Commissioner of the Company on 6 April 2011 and as Chair of the Insurance and Business Risk Committe and member of the GCG Committee on 19 April 2011. He was graduated from the University of Padjajaran Bandung with a degree in Economics in 1980 and earned a Master's in Business Administration from Pace University, USA in 1988. He began his career as Director of Finance and Director of Marketing PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) from 1996 to 1998 and President Director of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) from 2001 to 2003. He was an Assistant to Deputy of Minister of State Owned Enterprise in Plantation I from 2005 to 2010. He has been the Deputy to Minister of State Owned Enterprise in Primarily Industry since 2011.

Pudja Sunasa

Commisioner

An Indonesian Citizen, born in Cirebon on 11 February 1952 (59 years old). He was reappointed as a Commissioner of the Company on 6 April 2011 and as Chair of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee, member of the Insurance and Business Risk Committe and member of the GCG Committee on 19 April 2011. He was graduated from Institute of Technology Bandung with a degree in Petroleum Engineering in 1980. He was previously the Commissioner of the Company from 2002 to 2008. His career began as Head of General Bureau at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources from 2001 to 2004 and Inspector I at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources from 2004 to 2007. He has been the Inspector General of Energy and Mineral Resources since 2007

Widya Purnama

Independent Commisioner

An Indonesian Citizen, born in Pare-Pare on 26 July 1954 (56 years old). He was appointed as Independent Commissioner of the Company on 6 April 2011 and as member of the GCG Committe and the Insurance and Business Risk Committee on 19 April 2011. He was graduated from the University of Sepuluh November Institute of Technology, Surabaya with a degree in Electrical Engineering and earned a Master's in Management from Bandung Institute of Technology. He was previously the President Director of PT Indosat, Tbk from 2002 to 2004 and the President Director of Pertamina (Persero) from 2004 to 2006.
